By accessing and using ChatFlowBot services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChatFlowBot for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

ChatFlowBot offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at $29/month.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The content you provide to train your chatbot

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice to users.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatFlowBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
